To participate in the 2022 Elite Lifestyle magazine cover model casting event (herein after referred to as this event), the information provided by the organizer (including but not limited to the registered personal information) must be true and not false or concealed, otherwise the organizer reserves the right to cancel The right to participate in the election; if it causes damage to the organizer, the organizer shall be liable for damages.
The registration materials and course fees of all registered candidates are non-refundable. The candidates fully understand and agree that the organizer can use the personal information of the candidates or hand such information to a third party in order to promote the event.
If the participant is under the age of 18, she should be accompanied by a legal representative to read the terms and conditions when registering online. After obtaining the representative’s permission, the participant may register. When the participant has completed the registration, the legal representative must sign an agreement with the organizer, providing consent to participate.
Participants are not allowed to participate in casting activities of the same nature as this activity during the period of this event (starting from online registration). The organizer will request damages from violators of the above terms, and also reserve the right to rescind their participation.
Participants who pass the first round of selection and enter the second round must sign a consent form provided by the organizer, and agree to participate in relevant activities throughout the selection process (including but not limited to promotion activities, behind-the-scenes shooting, media interviews, program announcements, online program shooting, broadcast segments, related course training, internships, etc.). Participants must ensure that they have no contractual relationship with any third party (including but not limited to management companies or individuals) with any acting or model agency.
In order to protect the rights of all candidates and the quality of the casting event, please cooperate throughout the day for the training and selection period and be on time.
Candidates must act in accordance with the organizer’s rules. If candidates violate the rules, the organizer reserves the right to cancel her participation in the event.
Participants are responsible for any unforeseen events that occur during the casting event.
The organizer has the right to change the methodology of this event, relevant entry regulations, and number of finalists.
